Polaroid Love!

Apparently Polaroid film is in limited production. Is this some kind of marketing ploy to make the almost 4 dollar a click price seem reasonable? Am i going to profit when i sell my multi-packs down the line to the uneducated online bidder. I doubt it... It expires, plus i wouldn't give the stuff away.

It's like gold to me! 1 click, 2 shakes, 3 minutes, 4 dollars spent - JH

A little summer in Winter

Since the advent of digital photograph
y its easy to become immune to the benefits of the latest technology, however its distinctions were reiterated yesterday. Once 36 shot sequences were reserved for 'on the pay-roll' camera hacks who were being thrown velvia 100 speeds' from editors with eyes only for the stickered pro. A bit of shift work shared between the team, and we had quickly tallied up a frames count well into the hundreds. Circling my thumb on the back of the EOS during the ride home and, short of a few frames, the sheer volume of the images creates an impressive movie depicting events from sunrise departure, Mac Ds breakfast, pineapple violations, pits of the day right up until the boot closed on yet another successful wave hunt - Alasdair Shurman
